Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to programs offered by Productivity Shastra (operated by Altus Corp, Mumbai, India, under the guidance of CA Manan Vasa).
1. Free Workshop
Our 3.5-hour live workshop is completely free. As no payment is collected, no refund is applicable.
2. Paid Coaching Programs
When you enrol in a paid program, the following applies:
- A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than the first session/module or downloaded the core program resources.
- Once substantial program content, tools, or live sessions have been accessed, the fee becomes non-refundable, as the value is delivered through implementation and access.
- Applicable taxes (such as GST) and any third-party payment-gateway charges are non-refundable.
3. Recovery Guarantee
Some programs include our Recovery Guarantee: if you implement the system as guided and have not recovered your investment, you may repeat the program with our guidance, at no extra cost, until you do. This guarantee is an alternative to a cash refund and its specific terms are shared at the time of enrolment.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@productivityshastra.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 91366 10410 with your name, registered number, and order details. Requests are reviewed against the conditions above.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
